East-West Connector (Murdock Connector Road) Traffic & Transportation Study

For years Highland has master planned for an East-West Connector road to connect Alpine Highway with North County Boulevard. However, this is a complicated project due to all of the entities involved and the length and cost of the road.

The Utah Department of Transportation recently commissioned a study to evaluate the traffic and transportation feasibility of the road. The results of that study are now available in the link below. The City will continue to work with all of the groups involved and keep residents informed as this issue continues.
