2017 Highland City Elections

Due to the vacancy in the 3rd Congressional seat vacancy, Utah County will be conducting this year's election and it will be all vote by mail. The first batch of ballots were mailed Tuesday, October 17. If you have questions about your voter registration or did not get a ballot, please call the Utah County Elections office at 801-851-8128.

Highland City has 2 City Council seats and 
the Mayoral seat open in this election. Each seat is for a 4-year term.

Mayoral Candidates are: Jessie J. Schoenfeld and Rod Mann. Council Candidates are: Scott L. Smith, Christopher Kemp, Dennis LeBaron, and Kurt Ostler.
