Road Plan, Financing, and Open Houses
The City recently conducted a road study and plan which recommended we spend an additional $1 million per year on road rehabilitation. The Mayor and Council invite you to an Open House to learn about the study and funding options and give feedback.
East-West Connector (Murdock Connector Road) Traffic & Transportation Study
For years Highland has master planned for an East-West Connector road to connect Alpine Highway with North County Boulevard. However, this is a complicated project due to all of the entities involved and the length and cost of the road.
Section 3-612 of the Development Code requires a permit when installing a fence, screen wall, or hedge wall on your property.
