THE HIGHLAND HISTORICAL SOCIETY

MISSION STATEMENT

To acquire, identify, document, preserve, exhibit, provide safekeeping for and promote access to public histories, artifacts, documents, books, photographs and other materials that promote and nurture an understanding of and appreciation for the history of Highland. We will thus memorialize our forefathers who made great sacrifices and contributions to the building of our community; provide residents with a sense of place and belonging and connect them to the past, present and future. We will do this through quality exhibits, programs, publications and other educational experiences.
