The following is required when applying for utility services. Please ensure the following items are provided a minimum of one business day prior to the beginning date of services:
- Proof of Ownership
- $25 account setup fee - must be paid at time of application or processing will be delayed and may impact service availability

Connect Water Services
If water services need to be turned on at a residence, please contact us before 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday to make an appointment. It is recommended that the owner be present when the water is turned on. For more information about Highland City utilities please call 801-756-5751 or 801-420-2553 for after-hours emergencies.
First Utility Bill
With the exception of culinary water, Highland City bills one month ahead for services. As such, your first Utility Bill may be higher than normal as it is pro-rated from the date you moved in and as such may cover up to two months of service.
