Charles Wilholn & Elizabeth Ann Loveridge Nielsen
Charles was born March 22, 1870, in Aagarstadt, Denmark to Jorgen and Christena Thomsen Nielsen. Elizabeth was born April 9, 1876, in Cardiffaith, Monmouth, England to William and Martha Cresswell Scott Loveridge (q.v.). They were married July 17, 1895, in Provo, Utah and had six children: Mary January (Jennie), Bertha Elizabeth, Ivy Christena, Gladys Martha, Ervan Charles, and Ruby Ann. It is not known where or when they lived in Highland but the first three children were born here in 1894 - 1897. They then moved to Milburn, Wyoming. Elizabeth died June 11, 1932, in Salt Lake City and Charles died May 18, 1946, in Lehi, Utah.
Niels C & Jane Jensen Graves Nielsen
This couple was on the 1920 census in Highland with their son, Howard. Niels was born on January 20, 1870 in Denmark to Christian T and Sina Peterson Nielsen. He migrated to the U.S. in 1875 and is shown in the 1900 and 1910 censuses living in American Fork. Jane was born April 22, 1875, in American Fork to Soren and Annie Christensen Jensen. She married Edward F Graves on August 1, 1898 and he died on August 24 - just three weeks later. He was born September 11, 1856.
Jane and NIels were married April 8, 1910 and they had one son, Howard C., who was born in 1913. In the 1930 census they were again living in American Fork. NIels died October 5, 1936 and Jane died August 11, 1943. They are buried in the American Fork City Cemetery.
