So, you want to build a snowman? Join us for some winter fun and share your snow creations.
Each snowman/woman/creation must include THREE items to be eligible for prizes: 1. An article of clothing. 2. A fruit or vegetable. 3. Something that says "Highland City" on it. You can print our sign or make your own.
