Highland Fling Vendor (Non-Food)

  1. Please complete the following information. Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee approval. Once you submit your application it will be reviewed, then you will be contacted by email to confirm your application and you will be given further instructions (payment, etc).





  2. Booth Fees (per booth space)*


  3. Do you need a booth accessible to electricity? This additional fee includes 5 amps per plug outlet. *


  4. Utah State Tax Commission requires a Temporary Sales Tax License for Special Events. Any vendor not compliant with the Tax Commission will be required to close their booth and leave the premises. Refunds will not be issued. We will provide the paperwork that you need for this special permit at vendor check in.*

  5. HIGHLAND CITY INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: For and in exchange for a permit to act as a vendor licensed by Highland City for the Highland Fling, the undersigned Vendor agrees as follows: The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless, the City, its officers, agents, servants, and employees from and against any and all suits, actions, legal proceedings, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, and attorney's fees incident to any claim that may arise out of a willful or negligent act or omission of the Vendor, its officers, agents, servants and employees, from the activities of the Vendor as a Vendor during the Highland Fling; provided, however, that the Vendor shall not be liable for any suits, actions, legal proceedings, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and attorney's fees arising out of a willful or negligent act or omission of the City, it's officers, agents, servants, and employees. *
